Event Photo Privacy
Limited use
We collect the name, phone, and email of the person requesting access so we can send the download link and handle event-related communication.
Optional promotional messages
We will only send information or offers for other Solfilms services when the person voluntarily checks the authorization box. This authorization can be canceled at any time and is not required to receive the photos.
No publishing
Solfilms will not publish the photos on social media, advertising, or portfolios without additional written authorization.
Access and deletion
Links are temporary and personal. Solfilms will delete the photos and disable the links within 60 days. A recipient may save or share copies during that period; Solfilms cannot delete copies downloaded by third parties.
Requests
You can request correction of your contact information or early deletion by contacting Solfilms directly.
